Summit Stairs & Millwork is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our teams in Rock Hill, Atlanta, Raleigh, and beyond. Based in Rock Hill, this role will blend HR administrative responsibilities with a welcoming presence at our building's entrance, ensuring seamless support for employees and guests while maintaining a quiet and focused workspace. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in recruiting, employee record management, benefits administration, and HRIS (ADP) usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-Facing Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while managing entryway interactions.
  • Recruiting Assistance: Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Benefits Administration: Guide employees through benefits enrollment, address inquiries, and assist with claim resolution.
  • ADP HRIS Management: Input and update employee information, generate necessary reports, and ensure system accuracy.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, including training coordination, compliance tracking, and employee communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
