Looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist our award winning Allstate Insurance Agency in caring for our existing clients. This position will require you to answer incoming calls, discuss policy coverages and billing inquiries, welcome our new customers and follow up on any policy changes. You will also need to identify potential sales opportunities for additional lines of business, including life and retirement products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone
- Welcome clients coming into the agency
- Update client and policy information
- Perform policy changes
- Organize office areas and maintain a clean work environment
- Review premium changes and verify coverage
- Welcome new customers via phone, email and text
- Contact existing clients and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Evaluate Customer Service employees if applicable
