Our company is seeking individuals to aid in the manufacturing of high temperature furnaces. Assemblers build the furnace assemblies from individual parts and subassemblies. We are looking for hard-working individuals who show up to work on time and work well in a group setting.
The assembler uses prints and other diagrams to assemble furnaces from individual components into the final product. This position requires some mechanical ability; using electric drills and drivers for the assembly. On-the-job training will be provided. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is helpful but not required. Mechanical experience is not required, but is beneficial.
This position is Monday-Friday, from 7AM to 3:30PM.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Maintain safety at all times
- Gathering all components and checking parts prior to assembly to ensure correctness
- Assembling components per the assembly drawings
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Maintaining inventory as requested by the supervisor
- Double checking completed assemblies to ensure accuracy
- Working well with others, and alone, to accomplish daily goals.
- Maintains equipment through preventative maintenance.
- Ensures safety guidelines are followed at all times when equipment is in use.
- Documenting work done per job each day.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently alone, as well as in a team setting
- Good communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided, but prior assembly or manufacturing experience is appreciated
- Monday to Friday
- 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Two paid breaks per day (9:45 - 10 am, 2:30 - 2:45 pm)
- 30 minute lunch at 12 pm
