The Opportunity :
As a Branch Manager , you will lead a team of service professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, overseeing scheduling, technician performance, and resource management. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, directing service and installation teams to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop technicians to align with workload requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, technical standards, and customer service expectations .
- Manage technician schedules in collaboration with dispatch to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to drive team productivity and excellence.
- Monitor job progress, labor hours, materials, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and factory representatives to resolve warranty and product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate invoicing, work orders, and financial tracking to support operational goals.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure continued professional development of technicians.
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize service operations and drive regional growth .
