Part Time-Flexible hours, approximately /25-35 hours (TBD 2-4) days weekly
Location: In home office near UCLA Rate:$20-$25/hr

Applicant Requirements
- Valid CA Drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Skilled business writing & communication
- Provide onsite operational and administrative support
- Act as the gatekeeper between the executive and internal/external contacts, screening calls, routing correspondence, vetting, and drafting emails, maintaining the calendar, arranging meetings and appointments
- Bookkeeping, Quicken entry, expense/cash flow reports, bill payment, invoicing, tax prep, etc.
- Maintain online & hardcopy comprehensive records, documents, and reports
- Detailed office organization and heavy paper filing
- Previous experience in commercial/residential real estate, property management, legal, accounting, or business a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quicken, Google Docs & Sheets, Excel, & Word
- Effective Time management with the ability to multitask
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality
- Be reach-able (by text or call) outside of business hours
Salary : $20 - $25
