Location: In-Person, Old Greenwich, CT 75% of time; Remote 25% of time
1099 Contractor Role, 3-6 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Part-Time 20hrs/wk
Rate: $20/hr
I am a busy working mom who owns her own businesses.
I am seeking a PT (20-30hrs per week) personal assistant to help with a myriad of items from helping manage my schedule and appointments to organizing new & existing work projects. There may be some travel in the area as needed to pick up items and return items.
This position will require you to source household contractors, such as plumbers & painters and manage projects with them.
Additional Tasks include (but not limited to):
Organizing new & existing work/personal projects by creating spreadsheets & lists
Online Filing
Managing multiple calendars & schedules
Assist client's aging parents with tasks around the house
Occasional errands
Sorting through household to do list & organizing tasks by project
Helping execute tasks as needed
Managing household purchases & returns
Making appointments
Sourcing & managing household contractors
The ideal candidate will be excellent at communication, organization, multi-tasking, proficient in computer skills such as MS excel, Outlook, and Word. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is a must.
This individual should have a reliable working laptop and be tech-savvy. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a consistent working schedule, with dedicated uninterrupted time.
This position will require the PA to be onsite daily & candidate will be required to sign an NDA and be HIPAA compliant.
