We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Menlo Park, CA .
What You’ll Do:
Manage small to large-sized creative projects from scope to delivery
Lead workflows between design, motion graphics, photography, film, and the stakeholders (comms and policy)
Coordinate with designers, motion graphics, photographers, and communications managers to ensure deliverables are understood and milestones are met with consistency, accuracy, and on time
Act as a communication lead by scheduling and leading meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, meeting notes, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and manage project timelines and budgets where appropriate
Keep the team informed of the status of projects and milestones on the timeline as the project progresses
Work with Senior Project Manager to ensure department projects are properly prioritized and resourced
Partner with the team to ensure best practices and project goals are understood and achieved
Must-Haves:
4-7 years experience in project management and production in an agency or in-house capacity
Experience working with creatives and clients
Experience managing full-scale campaigns, interactive, digital, and print desired
Understanding of what constitutes good creative work
Excellent communicator (verbal and written), negotiator, problem solver, and collaborator
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with cross-functional management and collaboration
Self-directed, goal-oriented, results-driven personality
Resourceful with strong creative problem-solving skills
Ability to see the big picture and care about the details preferred
Experience working with creatives and/or comms or marketing teams preferred
Ability to monitor and assign creative resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs preferred
Experience with broadcast/film/motion graphics preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week . This role will be 100% remote .
