What You’ll Do

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and office coordination
  • Processing work orders, managing correspondence, and maintaining departmental records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Processing invoices/expenses
  • Handling incoming calls with ease

Who You Are

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in administrative tasks and data entry, with a keen interest in work order software
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Hours: 7 AM- 3:30 PM

Location: Onsite in Brunswick, ME Monday-Friday (no hybrid)

Pay: 20-22/hr depending on experience, alongside a very competitive benefits package
