This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Miami Beach, FL. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, facilitating training and development programs, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
