The Newell Group has been engaged to locate an NPD Sourcing Leader for a great client in the Oklahoma City Metro Area. This growing company has a strong reputation for the design and manufacture of high-quality products.
We are looking for Mechanical Engineering or similar technical education/backgrounds(Must Have), Technical Purchasing, New Product Introduction, and strong Project Management experience for a multi-site manufacturing company in this important position.
We are looking for local candidates for the position, this is an onsite position. Here is your chance to join a dynamic team with opportunities for career growth.
This role will serve as a Sourcing Expert for the company for New Product Development for custom made products and be responsible for the sourcing strategies during new product qualification and introduction with an extensive understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
If you have the technical purchasing experience (Manager, Leader), NPI/NPD management knowledge, supplier development, negotiation skills, and a desire to make an impact, then reach out me for more details. Engineering or other technical degree is required.
