Job Description
The Administrative Manager will oversee the daily operations. This includes managing coordinating schedules, and handling communication across departments. In addition to general administrative duties, the role also involves human resources responsibilities such as overseeing recruitment, managing employee records, coordinating training programs, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. As the Administrative Manager you will ensure that the operations run smoothly, to support our employee needs, and to maintain a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor overall day to day operations, policies, strategies, and procedures across the organization.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process
- Assess, implement and monitor training programs
- Organize and oversee employee meetings and investigations
- Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives.
- Become proficient in Evero software and knowledgeable in OPWDD services and regulations to perform job duties effectively.
- Oversee and maintain all documentation required by OPWDD / Medicaid in organizational portals.
- Oversee all aspects of service coordination administration.
- Serves as administrative contact and liaison with all families & external contacts.
- Scheduling new enrollment assessments.
- Provide support to directors, supervisors and employees, assisting in daily needs & managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Attendance tracking
- Conducting or assisting with new employee orientation.
- Coordinate training sessions & seminars.
- Review, edit, and approve employee work and PTO hours.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support staff development and ensure adherence to workplace standards.
