Bethel United Methodist Church is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Youth Minister to guide and inspire youth in grades 6-12. This part-time role (30 hours / week) offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through :
- Leading engaging weekly youth group gatherings, Bible studies, and service projects
- Mentoring and nurturing youth in their spiritual and emotional growth
- Building strong partnerships with local schools, youth organizations, and the community
- Guiding Confirmands through their faith journey and the confirmation process
- Organizing creative programs focused on discipleship, outreach, and service
- Supporting and collaborating with parents and guardians in their children’s spiritual development
- Preaching and leading youth-related worship experiences
- Managing the youth ministry calendar and communications with youth, families, and the congregation
