Role Overview As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. From managing social media accounts to coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting content creation, your creativity and organizational skills will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work along side the marketing director to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and SMS.
•  Manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters to resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage B2B and B2C community relations.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and e-commerce growth.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Airtable, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to deliver consistent results in a laid-back office environment.
