We are seeking an experienced, full-time Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to join our billing office located in NE Portland, near the Lloyd Center area.
The Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst plays a critical role in blending business analysis, informatics, and revenue cycle knowledge to improve business operations. This position is responsible for data analysis, process optimization, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve data-based decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Essential responsibilities will include
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights. Create and maintain reports to support decision-making. Monitor and track Revenue Cycle KPIs against targets and goals. Assist Director of Revenue Cycle with data analysis projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance business processes using data-driven insights. Identify trends and make recommendations for prevention.
- Systems & Solutions: Ensure systems and processes align with business goals and requirements. Research and identify systems and solutions to make end-users more efficient and successful
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across departments (Revenue Cycle, Clinics, Insurance) to integrate data and improve business processes.
Hybrid/Remote work will be available when training is completed, and expectations are met. Must live in Oregon or SW Washington and be able to come to the office as needed. Workdays will be Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).
We are seeking a strong, experienced analyst, and compensation will be competitive based on that experience.
Starting pay range, based on experience: $31.95 - $43.19 per hour.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Healthcare Administration, Contract Management or relevant field is required. 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or informatics is required.
- 5 years of progress experience in professional and revenue cycle functions is required.
- Expert knowledge in Epic Resolute- Professional billing.
- Advanced proficiency with Windows-based software, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to handle large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in: Epic Radar Dashboard, Epic Reporting Workbench and Epic Slicer Dicer
- Interviewing/listening skills required to enable talking with individuals and groups about current processes and issues to ask the right questions to yield essential information that will be used to evaluate processes and determine potential solutions.
- Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in interacting with senior management and physician leadership.
