Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for taking each job from scheduling to completion, which includes scheduling jobs, monitoring e-mails and communicating with clients. Trouble-shooting jobsite problems. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of our CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ready to interact with clients daily.

OBJECTIVES
· Expert planner of your time, resources, and calendar and be able to use those abilities effectively.
· Identify add-on sales opportunities and “What’s next” for each client.
· Create invoice and collect payments upon job completion.
· Schedule final walkthrough with the client and painters.
· Be proficient with CRM and its utilities including creating proposals and invoices properly.
· Be an expert at problem solving and finding resolutions in a team or independent atmosphere.
· Submit daily pictures and videos from jobsites for media purposes.
· Effective at communicating with clients, contractors, and managers on a daily basis.
· Utilize role play opportunities daily to gain confidence in the sales and service process.
COMPETENCIES
· Foreknowledge of crew’s abilities to align work with correct crew.
· Daily itinerary for job site visits and calendar updates.
· Be proficient in the sales system from Cardone University and the black presentation packet.
· Can handle and deal with complaints.
· Proficient in solving paint problems.
· Align daily itinerary with daily driving route to minimize driving time between appointments.
· Identify Inaccuracies with the proposals and report them to sales manager.
· Memorize materials and services that are utilized and supplied by The Painter, Inc.
· Minimum of 1-2 daily visits with crews, depending on the crews tenure with the company.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or high school diploma preferred, but not necessary.
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a Service/Management role is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Traveling from job site to job site.
- Knowledgeable in working simple computer systems.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
