Key Qualifications:
- 7 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience within commercial litigation
- Strong technical skills, including document management and production
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Paralegal certification is optimal
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities include:
- Client contact and communication
- Preparation of discovery and motions
- Case management and organization
- Document review and indexing
- Other tasks as required
