Talent Acquisition Assistant
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our client and take ownership of full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow up consistently while providing timely updates. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless hiring process and an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruiting :
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. Candidate Assessment and Interview Coordination :
Vet candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Administer Culture Index assessments to potential hires and analyze results to identify the best fit.
Schedule interviews with Directors and Managers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared. Administrative Responsibilities :
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide timely follow-ups and status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Generate and update recruitment reports, tracking key metrics and progress.
Prepare New Hire files and employees files
Onboarding and Coordination :
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure new employees have proper access and equipment on day one.
Communicate with new hires to ensure a smooth transition and positive first-day experience. Building Partnerships :
Reach out to universities, professional organizations, and staffing agencies to establish pipelines for future talent.
Represent the company at job fairs and networking events as needed. Process Improvement :
Regularly evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our recruitment strategy competitive.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruitment role.
Skills : Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to follow up and provide updates.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with ATS systems, report generation, and data analysis.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a focus on collaboration and professionalism.
Detail-Oriented : Precision in managing recruitment records, onboarding documentation, and reports.
