27.27 - $28.47 per hour
Essential Functions
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and all dining areas.
- Prepare a variety of nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Prepare meals for residents with specific dietary needs : low-sodium, vegetarian or gluten free options.
- Follow production sheets to prepare food for modified diets.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing food and supplies to maintain inventory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient meal preparation and service, fostering a supportive and respectful workplace.
- Act as Prep Cook relief.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
