- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts to recruit and retain high-quality staff, including nurses, CNAs, and administrative personnel.
- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and the implementation of wellness programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in human resources in a supervisory or management role.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
