Job Summary
As an Inventory Supervisor, you will help to oversee the end-to-end inventory management process, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate tracking, and smooth coordination between departments. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory flow, reducing excess stock, preventing shortages, and ensuring timely availability of products.

Inventory Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining these values and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining healthcare delivery through superior pharmacy services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Keep the inventory updated for all the supplies that each client and The Pharmacy Hub has at the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity and optimal levels.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure that all receiving items are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, check, update and report the information related to shipments.
- Keep updated price changes within the pharmacy products.
- Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure stock integrity and optimal levels
- Process, scan and report the invoices related to all the products received.
- Plans, organizes, and monitors the receiving, storage, and distribution of all freight
- Work closely with the staff to fulfill the daily tasks and requirements.
- Trains, motivates, and evaluates performance of warehouse associates and ensure staff's ability to properly operate warehouse equipment.
- Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Must have at least 1 year experience in inventory roles
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and ability to work night shifts.
- Numerical aptitude and math skills for accurate control of inventory.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general software skills.
- Experience in shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Must be a self-starter, has the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle receiving operations and manage stock levels effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced mail order pharmacy setting. It requires long periods of standing, working at computer stations, and occasionally lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds . The shift operates in a controlled environment designed to optimize productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
