Required Qualifications & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Demonstrated ability to implement comprehensive logging frameworks using tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and custom Dataverse logging solutions.
- Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles and practical experience deploying solutions via Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Proven experience working with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit for governance, monitoring, and standardization.
- Proficient in configuring and managing custom connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Competency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks and system management.
Governance & Compliance
- Demonstrated experience developing and enforcing security, compliance, and governance frameworks within Power Platform environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and analytics tools to gather platform insights and drive governance decisions.
- Working knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security role configurations, and environment-level compliance controls.
Integration & Development Skills
- Experience integrating the Power Platform with services such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Awareness of Microsoft Fabric capabilities (preferred, not required).
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying Dataverse tables and other connected data sources (preferred, not required).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, support end users, and coordinate across teams.
Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.
Professional Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence reporting and development.
- 5–8 years working with Microsoft server technologies in enterprise environments.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions at scale.
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
