Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview
This role involves overseeing the architecture, design, implementation, support, and maintenance of the firm's server and storage infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions. It also ensures the integrity and availability of all firm data.
Key Responsibilities
- Designed, maintained, upgraded, and monitored server and data storage infrastructure across firm offices, datacenters, and Microsoft Azure, including Windows Server (2016/2012), Exchange (2016/Online), Microsoft Teams, and related systems.
- Managed and maintained Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Designed, implemented, upgraded, and maintained hybrid Microsoft Exchange 2016/Online systems.
- Managed VMware environments, including SRM, and Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Monitored server and storage capacity metrics, recommending upgrades and adjustments as needed.
- Upgraded and patched servers regularly to maintain security and reliability.
- Collaborated with the infrastructure team and provided support for system and end-user issues.
- Worked closely with application teams as required.
- Maintained up-to-date documentation on infrastructure topology and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years of experience designing and recommending server solutions in a global network environment.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange (2016/Online), MDM, and related systems.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure administration.
- 5 years of experience managing VMware ESX environments, including SRM.
- Proficiency in handling self-signed and external certificates.
- Experience with Citrix VDI and Citrix NetScaler.
- Familiarity with server management applications (e.g., Microsoft SCOM).
- Expertise in server backup applications.
- Strong scripting skills, with PowerShell preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
