What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the professional development of the People Operations team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across the organization.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience, including onboarding, engagement programs, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) efforts, and recognition activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters and helping teams navigate complex challenges with empathy and strategic insight.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, goal setting, and development planning. Provide tools and training to ensure consistent, constructive feedback and professional growth opportunities across all teams.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date and legally compliant HR policies and procedures. Ensure organizational adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while fostering fairness and transparency.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and employee satisfaction. Continuously assess and enhance total rewards offerings to remain competitive and aligned with employee needs.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience with lots of heart).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 in a leadership.
- You’ve been there, done that with employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and payroll and benefits (Paylocity experience = gold star ).
- You’re a wizard with employment law, never forgetting the human behind the handbook.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in ABA, healthcare, or multi-site environments.
