The Plaza at Waikiki will have an upcoming opening for the Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping position.
Shifts may vary and the position must be available on call 24/7, as needed.
Starting salary is $55,000 per year; negotiable based on experience.
We are searching for a Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping (DOMH), to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping and maintenance departments. This positions with require you to utilize your leadership abilities to make quick decisions to offer long-term solutions and provide the highest quality guest experience.
You will be responsible for professionally interacting with management inside and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with residents, guests, team members and vendor to flawlessly mitigate any community maintenance issues. Supervises and maintains proper staffing of both departments to ensure the overall grounds, building, and individual units are properly and attractively maintained. Manages and supports department budgeting, inventory, reporting, and cost control. Oversees community safety program and maintains the MSDS program. Conducts fire drills consistently in accordance with governing regulation requirements.
