Maintaining an understanding of individual team members' strengths and weaknesses, you will work to enhance their capabilities through training, mentorship, and active leadership. Additionally, you will monitor project financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in securing new business and managing large-scale construction projects.
