What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at The Productivity Team?
Our engineering company is looking for an HR Manager/Generalist for a manufacturing client who is located in Rochester Hills.
This will be more of a Clerical HR position that will be responsible for running weekly payroll through Paylocity (just switching to this program), all normal HR duties for benefits, labor, training, orientation, etc.
Creating new processes, procedures and job descriptions for all hourly and salary roles.
This person would be going into a “managerial” role working directly under the controller who currently handles a lot of their HR stuff. There are no direct reports at this time.
Need someone who is willing to spend some time on the floor speaking with the employees.
HR degree and at least 3-5 years experience with good communication skills, a positive attitude.
