Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in literacy education, math, and physical education.
- Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Organize and participate in classroom activities that promote social skills and teamwork among students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in preschool or daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and standardized testing practices is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive environment for all learners.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices and developmental milestones.
- Ability to integrate physical education into daily activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
