Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to join our team at The QTI Group. As a key member of our metal stamping department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support and train metal stamping department employees
- Collaborate with Tool Room, Purchasing, QA, and Maintenance departments to ensure product compliance
- Troubleshoot press and stamping-related issues
- Coordinate repairs with outside vendors
- Lead die crash investigations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass written and physical forklift test
- Proficient in computer software and able to read and write
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
