  • Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
  • Pay : $70K to $85K, based on experience
  • We offer a competitive wage and benefits package including health insurance, 401K, paid vacations, and holidays.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies for materials procurement, including MRP and demand planning
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance
  • Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients for fabrication or purchase
  • Utilize ERP systems for accurate tracking of ingredients and inventory
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in ingredients management, procurement, and production planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier contracts effectively
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

    • Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
