Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Pay : $70K to $85K, based on experience

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategies for materials procurement, including MRP and demand planning
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance
Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients for fabrication or purchase
Utilize ERP systems for accurate tracking of ingredients and inventory
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in ingredients management, procurement, and production planning
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier contracts effectively
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
