About the position:

We're looking for Administrative Support – Facilities to perform administrative and special project duties to support our Facilities, Maintenance, and EHS teams. The successful candidate will be a customer facing associate responsible for a wide range of projects that support the overall functioning of the facility. As an Administrative Support – Facilities associate, you will:

  • Provide general office administration support for facilities, maintenance, and EHS department
  • Coordinate departmental communications related to all project work
  • Order, manage, and maintain departmental inventory
  • Utilize SAP/Ariba for ordering, issuing preventative maintenance orders, complete and manage departmental purchase orders
  • Review monthly invoices and resolve any invoicing issues/discrepancies
  • Provide in person, virtual, and phone support to internal and external customers
  • Schedule, manage, and maintain records for Raymond fleet vehicles and Executive Vehicle programs
  • Coordinate courier/courtesy car services for ground transport to/from airports, hotels, meetings
  • Input new employees and transfers into systems for vending databases
  • Manage associate uniform program and reserved parking programs
  • Work with vendors for on time deliveries
  • Coordinate associate assignments for shut-down week activities
  • Assist with planning and coordinating various corporate events

About the schedule:

on-site and will work 1st Shift hours which are 7:30am – 4:30pm daily with flexibility required based on business needs.

About you:

  • High School Diploma
  • Four or more years of related work experience in administrative support capacity
  • Experience with computer-based technology (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer service experience

About the total compensation package:

Wage - $19.65 - $24.37 per hour; compensation based on selected candidates experience.

Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Four or more years of related experience is required.

Additional Details : Employment authorization required. The Raymond Corporation will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
