Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of The Realty Group Coastal Virginia, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance company growth and profitability, aligning with the overall vision and goals.
- Lead and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
