We are looking for someone with a strong Client Service intuition, experience with multi line phones and small animal terminology.
Applicants must have a professional work ethic, positive personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced environment, provide a calm demeanor and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to clients and their pets. Must be able to multi-task, have strong work ethic and proven ability to be a team player. Applicants must also be able to handle any situations in a calmly and professional manner. Primary responsibilities: welcoming anyone entering the property with a friendly, warm greeting, providing exceptional service to internal and external clients through maintaining a consistent professional and approachable demeanor and taking responsibility for seeking solutions to problems.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of dog/cat vaccines
- Familiar with breeds of dogs

- Greeting and checking in of clients/pets
- Assisting clients throughout their visit
- Assisting staff with groom appointments/boarding
- Managing pet records
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Entering charges and collecting payment
- Cleaning and various other tasks to help our facility run smoothly
