Our family-owned business is one of the largest and most successful convenience store operators in the United States with more than 100 restaurant units, 300 c-stores, and 10 plus franchise brands. We are looking for an experienced Franchise Field Operations Representative who functions as a Business Consultant for fast food/ QSR franchisees with responsibility for driving the business in areas of sales, food safety, and organizational growth by focusing on guest experience through systems implementation and operational compliance upholding brand standards for 22 restaurants. This person will be a liaison between the franchisee and the corporate office to ensure brand compliance.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years fast-food, QSR, supervisory franchise management or District level Multi-Unit Operations.
- Previous fast-food management experience is preferred (ex: Sonic, Jimmy John's, McDonalds)
- Previous Travel Center Restaurant Management preferred.
- Experience as a Business Franchise Consultant, Operations Associate, and/or Certified Trainer is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in Dallas Fort Worth, TX market.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (required)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, and direct
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts and programs to a variety of audiences.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficiency in computer skills: MSOffice products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sound business planning and financial understanding with a proven track record of interpreting and analyzing financial information from Performance reports and financial statements
- Clear background check and driving record.
Responsibilities
- Drive operations performance for every Franchisee restaurant by providing support and operational expertise in the areas of food safety, guest experience through systems implementation, and operational compliance.
- Responsible for owning brand standards and food safety within the restaurants in your territory by enforcing restaurant cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and sanitation.
- Assist Franchisee regarding competence with corporate training programs that impact the restaurant's performance.
- Develop a plan to coach operators, through regular check-ins, and internal audits, and give coaching and recommendations on priorities for improvement.
- Conducts periodic restaurant visits as required by current corporate standards to ensure compliance.
- Align priority areas while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience.
- Responsible for understanding, interpreting, upholding, and enforcing execution of standards, and franchisee agreements to ensure menu compliance and trademark protection.
- Responsible for identifying and facilitating required training for restaurant operators.
- Interacts professionally and ethically, and constructively participates as a collaborative team member or leader in pursuit of a common goal.
- Coordinates with corporate resources and keeps franchisees informed concerning upcoming events, issues, and best practices
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
