Your Impact:
Inspire & Develop: Lead and coach inventory supervisors, setting clear goals and offering constructive guidance. Cultivate a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and innovation.
Ensure Precision: Oversee inventory accuracy at every step—from receiving and material flow to order completion. Quickly address and resolve any discrepancies, implementing practical fixes.
Streamline Inventory Management: Manage stock liquidation, enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices, and balance inventory to maximize turnover while ensuring sufficient reserves.
Control Expenses: Analyze inventory costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency while minimizing waste.
Improve Processes: Evaluate and refine inventory workflows, tackle slow-moving stock, and adopt best practices to align with company objectives.
Support Audits & Metrics: Lead cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and audit processes. Generate actionable reports to highlight trends and support smarter decisions.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with teams in Planning, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and IT to meet operational needs and support strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in inventory control, planning, or finance with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Business Central.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean principles, including 5S and process efficiency.
