Volunteer Coordinator
The Right Path, a therapeutic horsemanship program in Drumright, is searching for the right person to recruit and manage the volunteers that assist our disabled riders. Our mission is to: Empower people with disabilities and challenges to reach their highest potential with the help of a horse. The coordinator will have to go out into the community to meet with organizations and let them know about the opportunities to volunteer here, and they will also have to promote and market our needs on social media. This is a part time position. A good candidate will have experience with volunteer management, good people skills, be computer literate, and be a self-starter. We are a service organization and a desire to serve your fellow humankind will help you to excel in our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain volunteers
- Build relationships with and recruit from local organizations, schools and churches
- Cultivate and build relationships with volunteers
- Coordinate with Marketing
- To put out promotional materials and recruitment flyers
- To collect volunteer testimonials and pictures
- Coordinate weekly schedules with volunteers
- Let instructors know of changes in volunteer statuses
- Find substitute volunteers to fill in when necessary
- Determine volunteer awards and recognitions in conjunction with staff
