The ideal candidate MUST HAVE hands on experience with Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, Word and Outlook.

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an experienced Data Management Assistant to join our client's Data Management Team (DMT) in Roseville, MN.

JOB DETAILS:
- Interpret and understand customer data specifications and requirements
- Use MS Office and other specialized applications to generate
- Collect and organize documents into job folders for production
- Ability to follow established/well-defined departmental procedures (processes) and checklists for all projects to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Meet daily work deadlines and commitments
- Process incoming customer data, store it in relevant job folders on Company network and email reports to customer account managers
- Follow Company Card Production compliance policies, including data encryption and timely removal of dated data files
- Develop and maintain an understanding of all internal data software and
- Strive to improve the quality of the DMT department's work by contributing ideas for improving processes and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance of all equipment in the DMT department.
- Be attentive to training opportunities to increase skill level and knowledge of DMT and Prepaid processes
- Work closely with DMT staff and other Company departments as needed on designs, processes, resources, and documentation
- Comply with all written Company policies and procedures regarding data receipt, verification, storage, security, and safety
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Data processing experience desired
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work in a team of 6 - 8 and alone as needed
- Strong computer skills
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be organized
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities independently
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Solid communication skills both verbally and written
- Willing to share process improvement ideas
- Superior customer service and a consistently positive attitude
CULTURE/BENEFIT PERKS INCLUDE:
- 7 Month Contract (April 2025 - December 2025)
- 100% On-Site in Roseville, MN
- Full-time; Monday - Friday, Core hours: 7:00/8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM
- $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
