Pool Attendant/Lifeguard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lifeguard/Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at our pool facility. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while providing excellent guest services. Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and enforce pool rules.
• Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist in setting up and taking down pool equipment as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong swimming skills are essential for ensuring guest safety.
• Experience with pool maintenance and cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
