Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled bartender/mixologist to join our team as our full-time BAR/BEVERAGE MANAGER.
This is a tip-eligible position.
Along with bartending and overseeing the bartending staff, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Creating all cocktails, including seasonal and featured cocktails.
2. Creating, maintaining, and posting all cocktail recipes for staff to follow.
3. Training and onboarding new bartenders and barbacks.
4. Completing liquor inventory, ordering and pricing.
5. Completing beer inventory, ordering, and pricing.
6. Completing wine inventory, ordering, and pricing.
7. Selecting, procuring, and properly storing garnishes, mixers, and alcohol-free beverages.
8. Scheduling bartenders.
9. Overseeing bartenders and all bar-related duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending and beverage management
- Strong staff training and team management skills
- Background in food service/hospitality
- Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
- Experience in fine dining and casual dining environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
