Job Objective:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining, corresponding, organizing and preparing daily events, assignments, meetings, documentation, presentation and other requested as directed by the supervisor.
Essential Functions:

- Manage office communications and processes while the Administrator for Program is not in the office. Independently carry out assignments and instructions.
- Provide general support to all visitors.
- Compose and prepares daily correspondence, prioritizing responses necessary.
- Answer calls; take messages and route correspondence with impeccable customer service to both outside and inside customers.
- Provide administrative support in an organized and timely manner. Work with assigned supervisor or department.
- Manage schedules, calendars, email and meetings as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain an orderly and accurate filing system.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Multitasking and the ability to prioritize daily workload for one's self and the assigned supervisor or department.
- Maintains bring up files for specific projects and other items.
- Manage special projects for assigned superior.
- Handle complaint calls in the absence of assigned supervisor.
- Speak at public/professional functions as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, certifications, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Three years' experience supporting an Executive.
(Education level) plus X years of relevant experience. (Higher level) degree a plus (or preferred).
OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
