Location: Winston-Salem Area Command Winston-Salem, NC
Position Type: Regular Full-Time at 40 hours per week
About this opportunity: Oversee the Center at night, early morning, and during the day when all other management personnel are gone. Supervise day-to-day operations and staff of the Center’s resident facilities; assign clients housekeeping and kitchen duties; monitors client progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards; enforce house rules and ensures overall security of the Center; ensure that resident facilities are maintained in a neat and orderly manner; plans and implements leisure activities; prepare and maintain Center in a neat and orderly manner; plan and implement leisure activities; prepare and maintain routine reports and statistics reflecting resident facility and client activities; administer alcohol and drug tests as needed.
What we are looking for in you:
High school diploma or G.E.D., with two years of supervisory experience preferred OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Duties are usually performed by frequent walking and/or standing with some bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and carrying light objects (usually less than 25 lbs.) 15-35% of work time. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
