The Select Group is hiring for a Shared Services Coordinator within our Corporate Operations Team. This person will serve as a point of contact for clients/consultants and be responsible for managing onboarding, compliance forms, contract employee payroll, benefits, and more. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service, prides themselves on their meticulous nature and has a knack for problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all customer and consultant onboarding documentation, including compliance forms and system setup
- Facilitate background checks, drug testing, employment agreements, and tax forms
- Collect, track, and review Statements of Work (SOW) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy and managing renewals
- Maintain and update employee and customer invoicing data, processing changes as needed
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, troubleshooting errors when necessary
- Audit and report consultant and customer information for compliance and accuracy
- Support onboarding process development with Account Managers
- Ensure CRM data compliance before approving placements
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws, ensuring data integrity
- Process consultant offboarding, including termination data entry, equipment returns, and notifications
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Effective communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with teams internally and externally
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates with a high sense of urgency
- Possesses a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail, aptitude, and adaptability
- Willing to learn and help on a variety of tasks
- Experience supporting (or exposure to) government contracts preferred
