JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Agency, an insurance company located in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, is seeking to add a full-time Marketing and Client Services Coordinator to help our busy firm with all aspects of marketing along with property, casualty, commercial and life insurance support. You will often be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients on the phone and in the community, so we need someone who can bring professionalism, positive energy and a smile to work every day.
You will coordinate our marketing program while leading our team in enhancing our brand visibility and distribution of product awareness throughout our service area. This will include managing a range of marketing tactics, including advertising, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, outbound calling programs, public relations and community interaction. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding day-to-day support to our agency’s insurance sales team to maximize client retention and service in a fast-paced insurance environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- Assist in managing and implementing overall brand strategy for The Service Agency to foster communication of our various products & services to key target audiences
- Manage advertising program, including coordinating content and creative elements, placement, and contracts
- Assist with posting to social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube and Google Business
- Manage content on company website, including blogs and newsletters
- Maintain annual marketing calendar, including timelines, content and marketing budget
- Develop and implement outbound call program, including writing scripts, planning a schedule, and target audience identification
- Coordinate community relations program to enhance The Service Agency brand in Ellsworth area
- Provide sales support and work with ownership to promote sales culture
Client Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day client support activities to adequately service client needs
- Conduct Personal Lines customer reviews via questionnaires/mailings
- Manage customer relationships to improve agency retention
- Answer basic product and service questions or direct to appropriate person promptly
- Assist with promoting our products to new and existing customers
- Maintain electronic documents storage within agency management system
- Prepare insurance proposals to review with prospects
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or two-year associates degree in marketing, business, or communications recommended
- Knowledge of insurance industry a plus
- Property and casualty insurance license recommended but not required
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $44,000 - $48,000 annually, depending on qualifications
