As the Administrative/Peer Support Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of mental health and Home Care services. Your strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are crucial. You will be responsible for developing and writing Person-Centered Plans (PCP), ensuring strict compliance with state standards, and leading a team of Peer Support Specialists, Paraprofessionals, as well as administrative and support staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Ensure strict compliance with state standards, organizational rules, and CARF across all units.
- Analyze operational processes, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.
- Manage daily operations across multiple business units, ensuring effective service delivery.
- **Team Development and Leadership:**
- Facilitate team development and staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide leadership to Peer Support Specialists, Paraprofessionals, and administrative/support staff.
- Manage administrative processes and support the clinical team with administrative tasks.
- **Client Engagement and Support:**
- Meet with clients to provide advice and support in accordance with a treatment plan.
- Represent the agency in a quality control and quality improvement capacity.
- Introduce and engage with clients to expand business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the clinical team with administrative support.
- **Supervision and Compliance:**
- Develop and implement a supervision plan, providing both administrative and reflective/consultative supervision.
- Monitor the delivery of mental health support services, ensuring quality and accessibility.
- Assure compliance with established protocols, policies, and procedures.
- **Communication and Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with management to ensure all protocols are being followed.
- Assist with referral linkage to other services and community resources.
- Effectively communicate job and service expectations to Peer Support Specialists, Paraprofessionals, and administrative/support staff.
- **Writing Skills and Attention to Detail:**
- Develop, write, and update the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) with individuals being served and natural supports.
- Ensure authorizations remain current and meet appropriate medical necessity.
- Review service notes/documentation with Peer Support Specialists for appropriateness and effectiveness.
- **Independence and Organization:**
- Follow agency’s policies and procedures accordingly.
- Coordinate activities within the established PCP.
- Oversee outreach efforts to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
**Customer Service Focus:**
- Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Streamline processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in mental health essential
- Home care experience preferred
- Certified Peer Support Specialist preferred, CNA certification is a plus.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully managing a team .
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- CPR, first aid, NCI, and/or role-related certification required.
- Three professional references with contact information.

**Must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience:**
- Graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served.
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served.
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services with less than four years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience with the population served.
