What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Operations Coordinator position at The Siegel Group (TSG)?
The Siegel Group, LLC is accepting immediate submissions for a Supply Technician to support our customer, the California Army National Guard (CAARNG). The work is primarily sedentary, performed in an office setting. Some walking will be required throughout the workplace facilities and work sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following at a 98% accuracy rate:
- Will ensure incoming receipts are loaded accurately to the inventory
- Provide open requests and status weekly
- Maintain and post records accurately
- Ensure reports on accountability of property are accurate and on time
- Hand receipts are processed and cleared from Module accurately
- Spreadsheets are accurate
- AAR reflects validation of inventory and research of errors are provided within 30 days of inventory
- Comply with the following Government directives in order to successfully complete tasks: Army Regulations, Department of the Army Pamphlets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Local Bulletins and Policy Memorandums, Central Issue Facility (CIF)
- Able to travel to other local work locations
- All other duties outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) associated with this position
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to clear a background to obtain government issued Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be able to proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially advanced skillset with Word and Excel
- Knowledge in CIF, ISM Management Program both tethered and un-tethered bar-coding program
- Logistics Support Activity
- GFEBS
- Able to travel to other local work locations

Pay: $32.66 - $37.23 per hour
