SUMMARY

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, tribal gaming regulations, Title 31 internal controls, and Compact.
  • Ensure a comprehensive training and testing program is routinely and regularly administered.
  • Responsible for training manual updates and annual review of current / new Title 31 / AML regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have two years equivalent experience in financial / credit or regulatory areas.
  • Must have working knowledge of casino or banking operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, Title 31 regulations and FinCin guidelines.
  • Must have at least one year of auditing, accounting, internal control and Title 31 Regulatory compliance experience in the casino or banking industry.
