Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Schedule appointments, manage client inquiries, and handle check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment
- Assist with social media content creation, including photos, videos, and engagement strategies
- Help implement marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support business growth by fostering strong client relationships
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups
- Assist with light administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
