The Smith Clinic for Physical Therapy is hiring a full time office manager/billing specialist. We are family owned and operated and value excellent patient care. We are seeking to fill an opening for someone to oversee the operations of our clinic and all insurance authorizations/benefit information.
We are truly a family and our patients have remained loyal to our practice for over 25 years.
Job Type: Full-time
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with patient. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience in supervising staff or teams is a plus.
