The Soul Spot server's job is to provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. They also manage their tables, maintain cleanliness, and process payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers and guiding them to their assigned tables.
Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and beverage orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen.
Serving Food and Drinks: Promptly delivering orders to the table and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Providing Excellent Customer Service:
Addressing guest needs, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
Processing Payments: Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Communicating with Kitchen Staff: Keeping the kitchen informed about order details, dietary restrictions, and any issues that arise.
Collaborating with Other Servers and Staff: Working as a team to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Checking in on guests during their meal to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.00 - $9.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
