Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team. In this role you will conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, develop advanced scripts, and support data migration to ensure seamless and accurate ServiceNow implementations.This is a remote role.
Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, possessing a clearance of the Public Trust level or higher, and eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow configurations to ensure functionality, data integrity, and an optimal user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Create and manage advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
- Design and execute data migration processes from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the transition.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Must have a current clearance (of the Public Trust level or higher) and be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision to configure, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in agile scrum teams.
- Demonstrated success in team-oriented, collaborative work environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must reside in the United States, and all work must be performed within the United States.
