Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team from June-August. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering quality food to our camp community of around 100 people. Duties:
- Daily preparation and cooking of food for camp community of around 100
- Following the menu and requirements for the Summer Food Service Program.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety standards
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties
Experience/Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry
- Serve Safe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain the certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
